TIME & LOCATION
Explore Caltech will take place on Saturday, March 14, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Beckman Mall on Caltech's Pasadena campus. A full schedule of activities is included below and a campus map is available here.
REGISTRATION
Explore Caltech is a family-friendly, open-house style event that is free and open to the public. No registration is required to attend and participate in the outdoor activities on Beckman Mall. We do request online registration to attend "The Science of Sports", the 11:00 a.m. keynote panel discussion, as seating is limited inside Beckman Auditorium. Priority seating for "The Science of Sports" will be given to those who have registered online.
PARKING
Parking will be available in Caltech's parking structures for free with no permit required. There are Caltech parking structures at 341 S. Wilson and 405 S. Wilson.

CONCESSIONS
Food will be available for purchase from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. from local food trucks parked on Beckman Mall.

This public event will be digitally photographed and video-recorded by Caltech's Office of Strategic Communications and Caltech may use this footage in future promotional efforts. If you do not consent to your likeness being used in this way, please notify a member of the event staff.
